Host a private Party

 Whether you’re planning a wedding welcome party, family reunion, birthday celebration, or another fun gathering for friends and family, Around The Horn Brewing Company would love to host your group!

 

Please read on to learn about our private party setup, pricing options, and food and beverage information.

Our taproom and beer garden are both available for private and semi-private parties. Parties are booked for a minimum of three hours, any day of the week. Parties to be held on holidays/holiday weekends will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to secure the date for your private party, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable 25% deposit. An additional 25% deposit is due ten days before the event, bringing the total deposit pre-event up to 50%, with the remainder collected after the event. 

 

To close off part or all of our facility to the public for your event, we charge a minimum spend commensurate with our typical level of sales for that time in order to schedule beertenders and kitchen staff so that your party will be well taken care of. The minimum spend is calculated based on the time of year, day of the week, length of event, and location (full facility buy-out vs. beer garden only). 

OPTION #1:
FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM SPEND - NO VENUE RENTAL FEE

  • With this pricing option, there is no venue rental fee. No outside food or beverages are permitted (an exception is made for pre-arranged desserts, for which you are required to supply servingware, plates, napkins, utensils, etc.). 

  • Parties can be booked in one-hour blocks starting at three hours (shorter parties will be permitted but will be charged based on a three-hour time block), which also covers one hour of setup and one hour of cleanup at no cost. (For example, if your party is from 1 pm to 4 pm you will be charged for three hours, but we will close the area to the public at noon for setup and won’t reopen the area to the public until 5 pm to allow for cleanup.) 

  • Parties may be held from 10 am to 9 pm. 

  • Sales tax and 20% gratuity will be charged in addition to the minimum.

OPTION #2:
VENUE RENTAL FEE WITH BEER MINIMUM SPEND ONLY
  • If you prefer to supply your own food, this is the option for you! No outside beverages are permitted. 

  • Parties can be booked in one-hour blocks starting at three hours (shorter parties will be permitted but will be charged based on a three-hour time block), which also covers one hour of setup and one hour of cleanup at no cost. (For example, if your party is from 1 pm to 4 pm you will be charged for three hours, but we will close the area to the public at noon for setup and won’t reopen the area to the public until 5 pm to allow for cleanup.) 

  • Outside food may be brought in, and you are required to supply all servingware, plates, napkins, utensils, etc. 

  • Parties may be held from 10 am to 9 pm. 

  • Sales tax and 20% gratuity will be charged on all beer and beverages purchased in addition to the beer minimum. The venue rental fee is also subject to sales tax but is not subject to the 20% gratuity.
