Disciples of the Fuzz
West Coast Pilsner (6% ABV)
Mashed with Riverbend Malt Chesapeake Pils and a dash of their Chit Malt. Hopped very heavily with Cascade throughout the boil, and then hit with some Idaho 7 in the Whirlpool. Fermented low and slow with our House Lager yeast, spunded for 100% natty carb-o, and dry-hopped with a heavy-handed addition of Strata and Columbus Cryo to keep it EXTRA DANK. Then, obviously, laid down to rest in a Horizontal Tank for many moons.
